Na diverse keren vragen kreeg ik vandaag antwoord van Silvia. Ze wil niet dat Ken en Chance geadopteerd worden buiten Spanje. Het is jammer want ik had aangeboden dat Chance bij mij oud mocht worden. Helaas geen woord, ondanks mijn verzoeken hoe het nu met Ken en hem gaat.

Anyway I prefer for Chance a place living alone or with one dog. He doen't like too many dog around. Many thanks for trying to help him and Ken but they should stay here or to find a family where he can be the king, his health is not so good and needs a lot of care. I can't take him at home because i have three dogs at the moment and Chance doesn't like.

Chance komt uit het dodingsstation van Jerez, hij ging daar langzaam dood en het was zo verdrietig om deze arme hond te zien, alleen huid en botten. Hij heeft kleine tumortjes in zijn borst, maar dat is niets ernstigs, de dierenarts heeft gezegd dat ze geen kwaad kunnen. Drie weken terug is hij geopereerd omdat hij een maagkanteling had, hij stierf bijna. Nu gaat het stapje voor stapje beter met hem maar het is niet makkelijk. We voeren hem 4 tot 5 keer per dag, kleine hapjes. Hij is ongeveer 10-12 jaar oud, lief met mensen en honden, en hij verdient nog een paar goede jaren. Chance is nog niet sterk genoeg om te reizen. Stichting Dj-Imba wil proberen om Chance naar Frankrijk te halen zodat hij bij ons in liefde de dagen kan doorbrengen. Donaties voor Chance zijn welkom op 60 21 327.
Chance came from the kill station of Jerez. He was dying there and it was so sad to see the poor dog, only skin and bones.  He has little tumors in his chest but it is nothing bad,the vet told us they are not important. Three weeks ago he had an  operation, his stomach turned (torsión) he almost died. Now is getting better step by step  but it's not easy for him. We feed the boy four or five times a day, little bit each time. He is around 10-12 years old, sweet with people and dogs, a nice boy who deserves a nice life.

Chance vient du station de mort de Jerez. Il était en train de mourir, c'était afreux de voir le pauvre chien, que poile et os. Il a des petits tumeurs dans la poitrine mais selon le veto ce n'est pas grave et ils n'ont aucune importance. Trois semaines passés il a faillit de mourir et a du être opéré d'une torsion d'estomac. Maintenant graduellement il recouvre mais c'est très difficile pour lui. On le nourrit quatre ou cinque fois par jour, toujours une petite portion. Il a environ 11 ou 12 années, il est gentil avec les gens et les chiens. Un garçon super gentil qui à droit d'avoir encore une belle vie.
